This is my favorite electrolyte powder brand and I like the watermelon flavor the best. I wish it dissolved easier in water and the packaging is difficult to open without using your teeth, but I like that the sodium content isn't too high, the flavor is good, and it is easy to carry with me. The coconut ingredient makes it smooth to drink and adds a wonderful taste.
